What is a hamam ticket?
One ticket is one person. Tickets are sold in pairs, so one booking is two people sharing a hamam room and the same ritual. The price shown is the total for both of you.
What do we pay, and when?
Only the total shown, at the hamam on the day, in cash or by card. Nothing is paid on this website: no deposit and no card details.
Which ticket is right for us?
Hamam 60 is the classic: kese scrub, foam massage, Turkish tea and Turkish delight. Hamam + Massage 90 adds a 30-minute oil massage, a face mask, fruit and sherbet. Full Ritual 120 swaps the scrub for a salt peeling and adds a 45-minute deep tissue massage, a face mask, fruit and Turkish coffee.
Can we come today?
Yes, while there are times left today. A time that starts within 3 hours is confirmed with the hamam first, and we write to you on WhatsApp. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Just one person, three or more, or a family?
Welcome. Online tickets come in pairs, so for any other group size our concierge confirms the time and the price on WhatsApp before anything is booked. Children from 6 years are welcome with their parents.
What should we bring?
Nothing special. Pestemal wraps, towels, slippers, shampoo and soap are provided, along with lockers and hair dryers. Swimwear is optional. Please leave valuables at your hotel.
Can we change our time?
Yes. Write to us on WhatsApp with your reference and we find you another time.
Who sends the confirmation e-mail?
If you give an e-mail address, the confirmation comes from our booking office, Couple Hamam Istanbul (book@couplehamam.com). It shows your reference, the hamam and its address.
Any health advice?
A hamam is hot and humid. If you are pregnant, or have a heart, blood pressure or skin condition, please ask your doctor first and mention it in your note.
